Over the years we may have changed the way we look but our philosophy on customer service remains the same. At Morris Levin & Son we believe every customer should receive personal attention.

In 1934, Morris Levin and his young son, George, opened a small plumbing shop and scrap metal yard along old Hwy 99 in Tulare, CA. They quickly realized that not only were their services needed in the area, but their hard work and dedication were resulting in loyal customers and a reputation for quality and service. Over the years, George Levin transformed the family business into a diversified enterprise of hardware stores, rental centers, and A/C, heating, electrical, plumbing and underground services.

Today, Morris Levin & Son (MLS) is proudly owned and operated by Paul Atlas, along with David and Tracy Atlas, continuing a family legacy that spans four generations.

In 2009, the rental division was sold to Action Equipment Rentals, but the MLS Tulare hardware store and contracting services remain deeply rooted in the local community—providing reliable products, expert advice, and more than 90 full-time jobs to the Central Valley.
